How to Play C♯ on Bassoon
C♯ on the bassoon is written in the second space. It is the same note as D♭, so the fingering below works for both.

Cover or press: low D key, left thumb C♯ key, whisper key, left first finger, left second finger and left third finger.
Left thumb presses the C♯ key while the whisper and low D keys stay down.
